The following would be our ordering process.

Communication → Quotation → Product sampling → Order confirmation → Pre-production sample confirmation → Product testing by qualified labortary → Mass production → Product inspection → Delivery

Plastic Toys Customized Communication

When receiving contacts from customers, we will try our best to reply as soon as possible. After contracting, we will send a sample to our customers for inspections and quality-checking.

Contract proofing (2 weeks)

After detailed communication, we will start to make the sample for customers to review, which may take about 2 weeks. After receiving the sample, customers can give feedbacks for modification or approval of production. Customers must need to be satisfied and accepting the sample to continue our production.

Production schedule (7-10 weeks)

Once our sample is approved by customers and we are infomed that the product is ready for mass production, we may require customer to deposit 40% of the entire order amount, and we will scheduling the production after receving the deposit.

Delivery and shipment (2-3 weeks)

Once the production of customers' product is completed,  we will arrange shipment to customers.
